My daughters boiled and colored the eggs and gathered a bouquet flowers from around the yard.
My husband cooked the ham on the grill.
I made bread. Half of the dough I used for rolls and half turned in to simple cinnamon rolls.
I baked them together in one large 9" x 15" pan.
Our family would not think of missing out on St. Patrick's Day.
We enjoy the traditional meal of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots - with lots of butter.
We make sure to cook up enough corned beef for corned beef, pickle, and mustard sandwiches on dark rye bread, and corned beef hash. This year, I am thinking of serving the hash with fried eggs on top; it's very delicious looking - as seen here.
